How do we Quote and Confirm

We have sat on your side of the table. So we try and make the process as easy, painless and quick as possible. Please call us, WhatsApp us or send us a mail with your requirements.

If we need more clarification, we will contact you

Within 12 working hours, you will get a full quote, itinerary and fact sheet

To confirm, we need names, flight details (if available), and obviously if last minute, payment !

How does your service work

Think of us as an extension of your own business. We are here to close a price of business together, using the abilities of both parties.

We work seamlessly across all our destinations and will always send you a unform quote and subsequent paperwork

We are your single point of expertise and your single point of contact

What can I book

Anything you need in destination, we can organize, book and operate

Whether it be villas, apartments or hotels. Cars, transfers, helicopter or seaplanes.

What happens if I am not happy

We are very proud of our excellent service delivery

However, in the remote possibility that your are not happy with something, please contact us straight away to resolve and then investigate.

How can I contact you in an Emergency

If it is a last minute booking and you need something PDQ (pretty damn quick), we will usually answer any mails almost straight away. You can also call or WhatsApp us.

In the unlikely case of a guest emergency, each trip will have a Destination Expert attached to it and his/her emergency number all be on the documentation

Of course, you can always call our CEO !

How can I be sure you will look after my guests

We have been doing this for a very long time and we are blessed to have an excellent reputation – ask us for some recommendations or references.

How can I Pay

We accept credit card payments by secure online transactions

VISA / MASTERCARD / AMEX

We also accept bank transfers as long as you mention the SWIFT and IBAN on the wire.

Do you charge Bank or Credit Card Fees

For wire transfers, we ask for the full amount to arrive into our account with no “shared fees”

For Credit card fees, please contact your Lux Manager for more details as it does depend on the business model that we are subscribed to

Do you have an Online System

Yes we have an online system, but we prefer to create offline tailor-made itineraries which are more enriching and customised

How will my quotes and Itineraries come

We will send all via PDF and word or powerpoint. Totally broken down line by line. You will also received logins for a branded website for your own company and quotation
